SoundBlaster zs Tweak (high pitched squeal fix)

For those  users of Sound Blaster Audigy z series cards that experience a high pitched squeal these core ini settings seem to work. Notice that 3d is toggled on in this instance and can be unchecked in the game interface  depending on weather you use phones, 2 speakers or surround.
